1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kilibet ("kilibet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the kilibet online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features accessible via the website located at kilibet.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the kilibet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to a self-exclusion order — whether issued by kilibet or by PAGCOR — are ineligible to register or maintain an account.

2.4 Not an Excluded Person

You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of kilibet, its affiliates, game providers, or any entity involved in the operation or oversight of the Platform, where such participation would create a conflict of interest or regulatory concern.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the kilibet Platform, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by kilibet. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) kilibet account. The creation of multiple accounts — regardless of the device, mobile number, email address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kilibet reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and in cases of intentional abuse, suspend all associated accounts and forfeit balances.

3.3 Account Verification

kilibet may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to verify your identity, age, address, payment method ownership, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by kilibet may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or account closure.

3.4 Account Currency

All kilibet accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other supported Philippine payment methods are credited in PHP. kilibet does not operate multi-currency accounts; any foreign currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player's payment provider.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kilibet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or authentication codes issued in connection with your account.

• You must not share your kilibet login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use the Platform through your account.
• You must notify kilibet immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• kilibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• kilibet support staff will never ask for your full password via any channel. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to kilibet immediately.

5 Deposits & Payments

kilibet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), USDT, and Coins.ph. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your kilibet account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven Cliqq are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation from the payment provider. kilibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Own Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your kilibet account are lawfully owned by you and are free from any encumbrance, third-party claim, or association with criminal activity. kilibet is legally obligated to conduct anti-money laundering checks and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160, as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act).

5.4 No Credit Facility

kilibet does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are available in your kilibet account balance at the time the wager is placed. kilibet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources on your behalf.

6 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawals from your kilibet account are subject to completion of the Platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process and compliance with the following conditions:

6.1 KYC Requirements

To process any withdrawal, you must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS/UMID, PRC ID, Voter's ID) along with a selfie taken alongside the submitted ID. kilibet may additionally request proof of address or source of funds for accounts triggering enhanced due diligence thresholds.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, as a fraud prevention measure. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed same-day during kilibet operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. kilibet does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

6.4 Withdrawal Holds

kilibet reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, AML review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any such hold and the documentation required to resolve it.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kilibet offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentive programs to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who are at least 21 years of age and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, as stated in each individual offer.
• Bonuses are awarded in PHP and may only be used on games and bet types eligible for wagering contribution as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• kilibet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has partially fulfilled the wagering requirement, the player's bonus balance will be forfeited but any real-money balance remains unaffected.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — may have their bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering and withdrawal process.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the kilibet Platform — including JILI slots, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, bingo rooms, and specialty games — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface or betting market. The following general rules apply across all gaming activity on kilibet:

8.1 Bet Finality

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the kilibet system, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player. 8.2 Malfunction Policy

Sports betting markets on kilibet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. kilibet reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at revised odds in circumstances including but not limited to: abandonment of an event, incorrect data feed, late score corrections, or where the integrity of an event is in doubt. Decisions on market settlement are final.

8.4 Currency of Settlement

All game outcomes, winnings, and account transactions are settled in Philippine Peso (PHP). Displayed odds, RTP percentages, and prize pools are calculated and paid in PHP unless otherwise expressly stated.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kilibet Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities as appropriate:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input in real time.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or unauthorized reversals of deposits. Any such actions will result in immediate account closure and recovery of any withdrawn funds to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Money laundering: Using the kilibet Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. kilibet is legally required to report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Impersonation: Registering or operating an account using another person's identity, whether real or fictitious.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or game malfunctions for financial gain. Winnings derived from knowingly exploited errors are void and subject to recovery.
• Abusive behavior: Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward kilibet staff or other players via any channel, including live chat support.

10 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform without the prior written consent of kilibet.

Game content, including JILI titles and live casino streams, is owned by and licensed from third-party game providers. Your use of such content is governed by the terms of the applicable third-party licences in addition to these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kilibet's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kilibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kilibet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, natural disasters, government actions, or events beyond kilibet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on incorrect information displayed on the Platform as a result of a technical error, provided that kilibet rectifies such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.
• Any financial loss resulting from your gambling activity, including losses from wagers placed in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kilibet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

kilibet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at kilibet.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on kilibet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kilibet complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and handles all personal data with appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kilibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — kilibet will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to your registered address or via a prominent on-platform notification.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, typographical corrections, or formatting changes) may be made without prior notice. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting kilibet support.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them — or to your use of the kilibet Platform — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact kilibet's customer support team and allow kilibet a reasonable period of not less than fifteen (15) business days to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account, payment, and gaming disputes are resolved at this stage.

15.2 PAGCOR Complaints

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players who are residents of the Philippines may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints handling procedure. kilibet will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

15.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to the above, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through informal resolution or PAGCOR mediation.
